KDF Departing Risa Bug

Departing Risa landed all KDF faction ships in the Eta Eridani Sector Block. This is fine in the year 2409 when the Klingon Empire is still at war with the Hoomans.
But now it is 2410 and the Klingon Empire is at peace with the Feds (grudgingly). KDF ships can now travel into Sirius Block without Maurader status. So we can travel through Sirius Sector Block to reach Risa, yet when we depart from Risa we still end up in Eta Eridani instead of Sirius.
