LoR pack refund plz

Is there a way I can get my money back from this POS? I bought it before lor was released and barely use it, the way STO did romulans made it suck.

I'd be happy with half my money back. I dont use any romulan **** any more, and be more than happy to have it remvoed from my account.

Dunno where the customer support thread is...

    Even if "buyer's remorse" applied to online in-game purchases, it's been a lot more than 30 days...

    after calling the devs f**k up in another thread i don't expect him to be around long enough to get an official reply. :)

    It's like the people who would post vender trash on the exchange for less than the vendor selling price.

    I only used the boff in the LOR pack.
    I never even unpacked the ships.

    I never inteneded to because I knew that better ships would show up the day of release.
    Should I start posting again after all this time?
