Server not responding 808 seconds and climbing

Really It is more looking like the server is not running properly at all, almost like a file is missing.

Shouldn't I have at least timed out once I got over 10 minutes?

For the record, just logged in and tried to log a toon onto ESD. Still not got in but counter is at 94 05

Both times it stalled in London.

Maybe that's my problem? I bought a new Harddrive, intending to free up some space on my old one, right? So I deleted STO off my old harddrive and went to install it on the new. It started to download the patch but then stopped. Now it just says patching. There is no data at all on how much of the patch is has gotten or nothing. In fact the area where it would normally tell you the size of the patch, how much is downloaded, all that stuff is blank. This is aggravating.

Edit: Maybe its not a lagging server that is my problem. Tracert show's no timeouts.
