Special Retail Items - Upgradable?

Will the various leveless pre-order items be upgradable come Delta Rising?

The potential to upgrade some of these to level 14 gold would be awesome.


Ground
Chromodynamic Armour (Steam) (Mk II so maybe)
Multi-spatial Personal Shield (Direct2Drive) (no level so no)
TR-116A Rifle - Sniper Rifle (Target or Game) (Mk I but no)


Space
Neodymium Deflector Array (SyFy) (no level so no)
Red Matter Capacitor (Collector's Edition) (no level so no)


Console
Console - Tactical - Automated Defence Turret (Digital Deluxe Edition) (no level so no)
Console - Tactical - Light Phaser Satellite Turret (Steam) (no level so no)
Console - Engineering - Radiometric Converter (Direct2Drive) (no level so no)
Console - Science - Emergency Medical Hologram (Atari) (no level so no)

Edit: Added the answers as far as I can tell.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

    I know the answer for the TR-116A is no.

    but for the rest I would guess no as they have no lvl or even have the leveless markings on the icon.

    The Chromodynamic Armor is a Mk II item. And I don't think it would be gamebreaking to make it upgradeable.

    The Automated Defense Turret is levelless and non-scaling it does a fixed 40 plasma damage to random nearby targets, which is basically enough to clear targetable torpedoes, and not much else. I don't think it needs an upgrade.

    I can't speak about the rest, as I don't own them, but my impression is that the Red Matter Capacitor is powerful enough, thanks. :P

    I own the the automated defense turret and it has no Infinity symbol (∞) so not leveless has no level, same goes for the red matter, multi-spatial personal shield and Light Phaser Satellite Turret which I also own.
    I have checked tribble none are upgradeable.
