Deliver Prototype Technology... gone?

So, as the title says, is the doff mission Deliver Prototype Technology to Allies in Gamma Quadrant
(http://sto.gamepedia.com/Assignment:_Deliver_Prototype_Technology_to_Allies_in_Gamma_Quadrant) gone for good?

It was showing under the tac dep head in the clusters around DS9, but with the removal of those I assumed is gone and never checkd cluser again if it was moved to the cluster list itself.
I rememeber a dev reply that some missions will apear more freqvently in the clusters, after the revamp, but dunno for sure if this is the case here.
Anyway, anyone ever seen it after the cluster revamp?

    As far as I know this is collateral damage from the shortsighted cluster removal and it's gone for good.
