Fleet Admiral and Upgrading

Two quick bugs: Adm. Quinn contacted me halfway through level 59. I have used the level accelerator twice, if that matters.

I used to be able to right click on an equipped ship cannon and upgrade it. Now I have to unequip it and then right click to get it to slot.

    I also had bugs with promotion at 55 I am supposed to be Admiral but it doesn't hit till 57. There are no rank insignia for Level 60 Vice Admiral. This bug has been consistent across several transfered characters.
