What is the Arc Client?
Install Arc

Installed STO on laptop, game does not run

Yesterday I installed STO on my laptop. The game starts up, then goes to an endless loading screen, and then poof, back to desktop, without any error message whatsoever.

I am assuming this means that my laptop is not suitable for running the game... Am I right?

If I only say to the doc that I have a pain, but doesn't explain where, I doub't he'll be able to help me.

    So...

Would you explain us what your hardware consists of? Which drivers? Have you checked your event viewer?

    Nerf is OP, plz nerf
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.

I call it, the Stoutes paradox.

What's the specs on your laptop?

    CPU*
    RAM*
    HDD*
    Video Model and Memory.*

Free program that will scan your system and tell you what you have.

Speccy V1.26 at this time. Search for this on google. Run install is for you only.

    * Need at dual core i3 1.7GHz or higher
    * 8GB of RAM (you could go higher but most laptops are 4GB to 8GB)
    * Video/Graphics Should have at least 512MB of RAM

I've ran the game on i3 with 8GB on laptop. Sometimes Intel HD Graphics can do some crazy things. Making the game hault from loading.

    Time will only tell!
