After upgrading my defiant I am unable to equip my cloaking device. It's still in my inventory but it's grayed out and will not load on the ship.

    Console - Universal - Cloaking Device will not go on the Dreadnought Cruiser, Tactical Escort Retrofit, or the Avenger Battle Cruiser. When they are upgraded with the console it is gone from where it is slotted. If the console is in the Inventory, it will not go onto the ship.
