After reinstalling win7, I had STO freshly installed as well. Tried to login but need One Time Code. Waited for 2 hours already, but no code email still. What is going on?
I bought a new computer. Installed ARC and STO. The game started, then stopped. I need to do a one time account verification by getting a code from an e-mail. Trouble is I didn't have my e-mail set up on my new computer yet. No problem, I thought. It should be waiting on the e-mail server when I set it up and log in to e-mail, but no. How do I trigger the e-mail to be sent? How do I find out what e-mail address it is sent to? It should be the one I log into Arc with. I tried the support function in Arc, but when I get to the submit a ticket, Arc just stops. Is there a phone number I can call?

I got it. The problem was with the user. My new computer came with new security software, which made its own junk e-mail folder in addition to the existing junk e-mail folder. This new "themed" folder was minimized behind the non-themed junk e-mail folder. It was in a drop-down. When I found it, it had several verification code e-mails. The last one worked.

I don't think the issue was yours originally, i've re-installed a couple of times over the last few days and there are massive delays receiving the e-mail. so i would assume your junk mail folder jumped on them when they came in.
SCM - Infected(S) - DMG Out: 11,776,567 DPS: 114,224.70 (28.7% of Team) - Pinky@ukcaptain420 I reserve the right to have a completely different standpoint depending on my mood.
i signed on with a email i dont have anymore and supports not helping so how do i make the old email into a email i actually use. so i can put the one time code to authorize my laptop.
Go to the PWE ARC page and click on the SIGN-IN in the upper right corner...
Then click on your name and then the "MY ACCOUNT" from the drop-down list.
You will be able to change your email address on the next window that opens.
