Fleet mates geeting Banned for "Botting"

To Whom it may concern, I am Fleet Admiral Raw, of Tactical Fleet Delta. I am posting this thread with hope of getting this issue resolved quickly. On 9-2-2014 at approximately 9:00 pm, I had two fleet mates forcibly removed from the holodeck server. They were unable to log in again, and had corresponding emails that stated that their account have been permanently banned for reasons of "botting". The two gentlemen who are in their 50's had no idea what "botting" was. After explaining what botting was, they both denied having any programs of the sort on their machines. I then posted in the public chat channels asking if anyone else was having this problem. I had several private massages all stating that "they had friends that had their accounts banned roughly around the same time". After talking in Mumble with my fleet mates, we had found a common event that they both had in August. They both had Zen purchase that did not immediately post to their accounts, and they both submitted tickets that were resolved the next day. "THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY CHARGE BACKS" sorry for the "all caps" but wanted the state this for clarification purposes. We seem to think that this is simple be a case in human error, where someone may have been clearing out resolved tickets in the form of a mass copy and paste, and then placed in a wrong folder. We are posting this thread in hope that others who have had friends in the similar circumstance come forward so that this issue can be resolved expediently.

    For starters, this isn't the place for this, so this thread will be closed.

    That said, I also heard of someone (while I was talking to a PvP group in TS last night actually) of someone being banned for botting roughly the same time. The same thing I said to him, I will say here.

    No one can help you on the forums, your only recourse is to contact PWE ON THE SAME EMAIL ACCOUNT YOU HAVE TIED TO YOUR GAME ACCOUNT, by e-mailing customerservice@perfectworld.com put in the subject account banned for botting and that will get it to the right people pretty quickly.

    Make sure to put in the body as much detailed information (as in what you were doing when you were kicked from the game, etc) and request more information.

    That is all that can be done unfortunately :(
