The INSTALL ARC option.

I have been on STO a couple years and I don't remember if I installed ARC or not when I originally joined plus I am using a different laptop now as my last one went out after I joined.

If I install or re-install ARC will it cause any problems to my existing accounts on STO ?

    Probably not, but I just use steam and the original launchers.

    ARC messes with registry settings relating to where STO is installed. Messed up the nice custom install I had where Star Trek had it's own folder in Program Files. Beware of using it if you have some kind of non-standard installation.

    The outcome is different in every person OP. I run ARC and it has or rather it has not giving me any issues, and I've been using it since it went live about a year ago or so...

    so yeah, I've seen no issues or problems at all, on my end that is...

    no CPU diffs, no registry mess, no bugs... you get the idea!!!
