Can't connect to launcher after certain hour

As title says, this is exactly what I am experiencing :(

4 days ago, at around 4 am PDT, for reference like around 3 hours before the usually weekly scheduled maintenance time, I am booted from the game and getting "Timeout connection failed".
Then if I close the game and restart it, I am getting after 15 attempts: "Unable to establish connection to patch server. Please check you internet connection. Is problems persist, please contact Technical Support".
And second day, I can connect again, but just until that hour.

It doesnt seem to be from my end, since I can download stuff with speeds up to 6 Mb/s, and is not my ISP either. Both my wireless router and windows firewalls are on and I got good antivirus program, wich does scans weekly. And the router is secured by a 64 bit key password. Did a malware/spire scans too. Nothing suggests its from my end, but since I can connect at certain hours (morning for me), suggest is not cryptic either. Dont know when I can reconnect again in that day, since it doesnt work in the evening or early night either.

tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com results in: unable to resolve target system name...

I am getting paranoid, but its like some1 is "banning" me after that hour. Or maybe the patch server is taken down, but then why am I botted in the first place? And the patch server cant be down for that many hours, and other ppl dont have any problems...

And its not ARC related either, since launcher cant connect without or via ARC. Its the same.

This means that your system DNS service (which resolves hostnames into IP address) isn't working. If a DNS Flush (Google search will find the exact command for you) doesn't fix this problem, then you will need to contact your ISP and get their assistance in configuring DNS on your system...

(Note: there has been postings in the past that indicate that some ISPs were blocking this for their own reasons... )
