Duty Officer Slotting Issues

I was wondering if anyone is haveing the same problem I am regarding slotting some recent duty officers I have purchased in the exchange. In particular, advisors and diplomats. I purchased a few rare and very rare diplomat and advisor duty officers from the exchange and have noticed when slotting assignments for officers that require the diplomat and advisor titles that when i click assign slot to select duty officer candidates my newly pruchased duty officers do not appear. This seems to only be happening under the diplomat and advisor titles, other officers I purchased such as security, tech, etc. all have been appearing for selections perfectly fine. Oh and these officers I am haveing issues with r in my roster, just not appearing for assignments. Anybody else noticeing this problem ? Thanx

Are you sure you didn't accidentally get some doffs from the opposite faction? That's usually what causes this.
