Convention Codes

Hello, I got my hands on the codes given out at the convention. I am at a bit of a loss though. I logged into my PWE account and clicked the redeem key option under profile and entered the key to get the invalid key message. There is some reference that the key has to be 25 characters and the convention key is nowhere near that long. Is anyone else having a similar issue, or am I just not getting to the right place? Should it make a difference I do not have ARC.

    The convention code can only be entered via the Arc overlay. You don't have to use Arc to play the game thankfully, so just download it, install it, enter the code and then ignore it.

    The code you received from STLV is redeemable in the Arc Client only.
