Cannot Change Bridge Using Fleet Starbase Ship Tailor

Any attempt to change your ship's bridge map will fail silently if done using the Fleet Starbase's ship tailor. Other tailor modifications work, and this issue does not exist using ship tailors found elsewhere in the world.
