How to get Holo Leeta?

I'm just wondering if there is a way to claim her without actually having to install Arc. Does anyone know?

Edit:
To clarifiy: I have a code. However on the card it says I should install arc and redeem the code there. So I was wondering if anyone knew of another way. The account accessible via website, where I entered previous codes, only accepts 25 digits game card codes for gold.

    Unless something has changed, Holo Leeta is completely unrelated to Arc. You get her reward code by attending a ST convention, then sending a photo of yourself at the convention to a specified account as proof. In return, you receive the game code.

    I got her last convention. She's in the zen store.

    What the hell is holo leeta?? i never saw something like that in the c-store, anyways.

    if the convention where i am in the world happened in the uk outside of london for once i would of already gotten the holo leeta. london traffic is murder and the train prices are extortionate. thats why i never got to one before.

    but stating that why would anyone want that holo leeta for?

    Yea you get a code at the convention, I believe its only ones where STO is represented. You put the code in at the website and you get Leeta Doff.

    Coach returns are very reasonable, and the Tube beats traffic (although it's torture in rush hour).

    You have to redeem a code thru ARC, and it's provided by being a part of the convention.

    Sure would be nice, if they would come down to Florida some time, this way I might actually be able to make it to such an event.

    I can't believe that they require you to send them a "selfie"*.

    Even if I attended one of their conventions I wouldn't be sending them a "selfie". I can't imagine how powerful/useful something would have to be for me to send them a "selfie" in order get it, but a blue entertainer DOFF sure ain't it.

    But no. I have no idea how that process works, so if it says "install ARC" then that is what I would do if I wanted the Holo-Leeta.
    You can always uninstall it later.




    * I know, I know... Someone could attend a con, get multiple codes if they handed them out directly and then sell them, so that Holo-Leeta wouldn't be so exclusive, but is it really that big a deal?

    According to the wiki it's a blue entertainer DOFF. I have better quality entertainers, and I don't even use entertainers that much. Other than to occasionally run Hamlet, anyway, or just as filler on missions that have a 100% success rate, like bringing on colonists.

    You have no choice but to install ARC, they built the code redemption system directly into it rather than into the site.

    You didn't have to post a selfie to get one. They gave a bunch of codes to the G&T Show to give out at their booth and at the meet the devs event they gave some more out in a drawing. They also gave out Delta Rising shirts, but I didn't win one :(

    Just install ARC, and redeem your code, after that you can either delete ARC, or simply not use it again till you so desire.

    if i were to consider it, that means about 5 busses or more into london and over several counties to do it with more then 4 hours travel time, even starting out from home the earliest bus is 7:15am, so assuming i dont get lost and make the busses each time without incident. thats gonna be a lot of time and money, reach it by maybe 12pm or 1pm assuming.

    train prices are very high even though it could get me near london, frankly i dont have the money to spend doing it and i would probably only be at such a convention for maybe an hour at most before i have to get back home before the final bus home overwhise its a 3 hour walk from one of the towns near home to get home at night.

    Really getting upset with this, too. I got a code and am a Mac client user. Arc is not an option for me. They really need to fix this.
