Romulan Mission Problem

First I know that this question is probably better suited for another part of the forums but I thought the best way to answer it is to reach out to those that play Romulans.
Second I already asked for GM support on this and got an the equivelent answer of "Is it plugged in"
Third, I have played this game since shortly after launch and this question is very noobish but it is something I havent encountered before so pile on if you must but try and be useful first.
Ok here it is a while back I was doing the Romulan Rep and was finishing the mission where you go up into the mountains. Before I could Submit the recording i think the game had crashed and I just left it alone. So I started messing around with my Romulan again and now I cant resolve the misson. I cant drop it and restart it. All the objectives are done except submitting the dang recording. So does anyone know how to resolve it?
Here is the GM response;
"Here at Customer Service, we work with players who have gameplay problems such as being stuck in the terrain or harassed by another player.
Actual in-game strategies, NPC locations, item uses, etc.. are things that we leave up to the players to figure out themselves, so that they can enjoy the experience of discovery and become more capable players in the process.
Kindly also make sure that you have done all the non-optional objectives and in the order these were presented/activated to ensure that the mission completes correctly."
I know how missions work. I also have been in the middle of missions and the game craps itself or the internet stops working and I have always either just completed the mission or restarted it. This one you cant do that with. I know shame on me for neglecting my Romulan for a few months but I want to clear that mission and get on with it.
Any help from my fellow Romulans will be greatly appreciated.

Did you get the bit from infront of the shuttle?
Did you get the bit from back by the nacelle of the shuttle?
I ask because there are three glowies in the area.
If you can run this, invite someone to help play it through.
Try and join someone on a playthrough.
After that, yeah stuck.

You have to pick this mission again by talking to a romulan npc near transporter in the mountains. Its called like Romulan Civilian, not sure if it has any picture above his head. This mission is daily and has 20 hour cd. After you enter you have to get to the shuttle, submit option shall be there and you shall complete it.

That is usual response from STO website support.
Any ingame bugs (including crashes), you need to send in-game bug report, the website support cant help you with in-game mechanic problems.
Support button is from drop down menu in upper-right corner...
It is not your fault, you need to be blown off couple of times from web support to figure this one out
As the mission it seft, cant help you, did not have that problem with my characters, and i dont think there is a way for me to replay that end part of the episode since i have already played that.
You can't drop those rep missions...I've tried...multiple times.
That mission though, iirc, was bugged.
I haven't run it lately but it sounds like it's "working as intended".
If you still have no luck, beg someone to run the mission with you.
They should be able to help complete it.
If that doesn't work...the mission is bugged AGAIN.
