Make Tal Shiar enemies use the Tal Shiar ships

Namely, the Adapted Destroyer/Battlecruiser. It'd help differentiate them from standard Romulan enemies a bit more.

    They do have the Tal Shiar Adapted Battlecruiser. It is Hakeev's flagship.

    As regular, randomly-generated mobs ... no. But I'd be fine with more scripted instances, like the I.R.W. Esemar in "S'harien's Swords".

    Perhaps they could re-write "Pre-emptive Strike" to involve a Tal Shiar invasion of Vulcan with a fleet of adapted ships. That would be pretty cool.
