EPS Flow Regulators Missing From Engineering Console Crafting List

EPS Flow Regulator consoles appear to be missing as options for crafting Engineering consoles, even though worthless things like those +1 to energy consoles and Emergency Forcefields somehow made it in. Why is this?

    the same way shield emitter amplifiers are missing from the science console list i guess....

    Well, since it's no longer just a Tribble thing and is on Holodeck, perhaps filing a bug report, then going to the Bug Report forum (the regular one, not the Tribble one) and pasting the ticket number in along with a description of the problem would help.
