i reported a person again today for moving just off too the side of the map and not joining in why are people still getting away with this?
time of the mission was UK 5:45ish 16/7/14

There is a very good chance, that the person in question got a nice FAT AFK 2hr penalty, and the look on their face is probably priceless, when they realized it.

This is not a bug report.

Actually, Azure specifically has no "AFK Penalty", because of the way the AFK penalty and Azure work: Since the game assesses "AFK" in terms of "Damage Done Relative To Team", and shots are not fired in Azure, the system just doesn't work here, as you can fire no shots while performing the mission, and only clueless newbies spend their time firing uselessly at Tholians.
