Multiple Bugs (Risian Cruiser, Undine Set, Undine STF)

As this is Content already implemented but never repaired no matter how much feedback, and its still broken. And also these bugs are still in the Tribble build, so i post it here.
1.
The Risian Cruiser, The Sun Sails. its a visual bug.. the dont appear using the special console. Never. But When flying with other Risian Cruisers you can see them spread no matter if the Consle is used or not. Also depening on view angle and distance, but apprearing permamently. Please take a look into that. (or make the sails a visual option in the ship tailor)
2.
The Undine SPACE set (deflector, etc.) doesn't work as intended. The Counterblast rarely ever destroys any bubble. Not in the battlezone, and also not in both STFs. Please fix that as it is useless otherwise. It says it destroys the bubbles not it is giving a chance to destroy one every 3 weeks.
3.Undine STFs. The Shipyards are ok, but there are still 2 bugs that come nearly every time.
The "Unstable Anomaly" Optional, has a timer from 30 seconds. but mostly being in red alert you cant get there. Which isnt the problem when someone just waits. without being in combat at the specific point. but now... there are appearing 3 buttons for the anomaly to scan... all 3 don't work. and dissappear. This Optional can't be completed. please fix that.
And secondly the planetkiller that tries to escape to the rift. every third mission it just vanishes after the cutscene. so the optional is also not completable...
