Some help please forum folks

I have somewhat of a large problem atm. The support staff are woefully inadequate at helping me so now that im able to post on forums I figured I might get help here.

I keep getting a "server not responding" message EVERY TIME I load a screen. So I travel from ESD to the space area and I have to relog. I go from there to sector space. another relog. I got to risa from earth another relog. I go from prbit to beach yet another and so on. I have been playing this game for some time now and I figured that either the problem would resolve itself or the support staff would help.

No dice so kind forum folks please, some advice on how to combat this problem.

Tele 2 service provider ( Sweden ) fiber optic broadband no internet issues my side.

I really enjoy this game. I just wish it was easier to play without having to load all the time.

Oh and no its not patching anything and force patch doesn't help.

Hopefully ty in advance.

First thing we need to do, is figure out where the chain hops off...

Open a command promt (Windows Key + R , in the dialouge type CMD and enter).

    write "tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com" (no quotes)

    Post the results here.

Alternatively, you can try to just use another proxy in the launcher options menu.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

    ...

2nd Hop should have a latency value of 10ms - 20ms or less. A Value this large this early indicates a issue with your Router/Modem. Reboot both and see if it improves the condition.. If not, then you will have to contact your ISP and have them send someone out to take a look at the unit...
