DOff mission still requires obsolete resources

The DOff Assignment Chain "Caitian Dispora" mission "Support Caitian Scientific Expedition Efforts (4/10)" still requires the now obsolete and unobtainable Data Samples.

    it's not just that assignment, it appears to be all of the. I noticed it with the Shipboard Science officer and his special projects dealing with samples and traces. That caused me to look at others and they all seem to have this problem.
