Eu and Us proxy not working?

Im from south africa, i have tried both proxies and the only one that works is the none.

I have avast installed on my system as well as webroot- banking shield. Could these be the two that is blocking it or chrome?

    Hi there I have the same sort of problem also in South Africa game would not go past the patch screen just said patching for a whole day never got to the engage part. I uninstalled arc and startrek and then tried to re install but now the game would not even install it keeps giving me (The Patch client got a message wile it was in state with no response function) and then closes.

    This is very frustrating indeed

    Could anyone sent me a work around for this please
