I've been a lifetime subscriber for about a year now, and have never received 500 Zen a month. Am I missing something? Is there something wrong with my account? Has anyone else who is a lifer received 500 Zen a month?

I've checked where you mentioned, and I sure don't see it. Is there any record besides when I buy Zen? I'd love to see something that indicates all transactions, such as "500 Zen deposited."

2.) Customer Support
It will take a week, but it will be resolved. There have been instances when it's been late, or worse overpaid, but they usually resolve it in short order.
1. I did contact support, and I'll be darned they were both prompt, courteous and helpful. I nearly fell out of my chair. :eek:
2. They claim that I have received my stipend for at least the last 4 months, which they quoted.
3. Seems like I may have missed the 500, as I usually do carry a balance. :P
Lots of helpful people play this game, and answer questions. For that I am thankful.

Just a heads up. If you're concerned about receiving your just rewards, find out when you purchased your lifetime sub and visit your account a few days before that day of the month, every month, then a day after. You should see your zen increasing by 500 per month. Good luck.
