I need somewhere to post this, so it might as well be here.
My son is having account issues, and is trying to get in contact with Support. Not being able to log in to his account, he can't create a ticket. He tried mailing customerservice@perfectworld.com, but that bounced, and the message he left on the facebook page has as yet gone unanswered.
Any input/assistance will be appreciated.
