2 Monitors Setup Vertically, Camera Trouble

I am having a bit of trouble with how the game automatically handles the camera angle and how it chooses to center, or off center the position of my character/ship, when I switch the game from 1 monitor to a 2 vertical monitors.

The game seems to be dead set on keeping a certain vertical ratio of where it ... centers? ... the position of the character/ship in relation to the top and bottom of the available viewing area.

Plainly put, it is chopping off my characters torso and putting the head and shoulders on the second screen, while limiting my zoom out ability.

The Main and lower monitors is a 1920x1200, 27" monitor, M1
The Second and Vertically Above Monitor is 1920x1080, 25" screen, S2

S2
M1

I want to be able to adjust where the camera is balancing out the character/ship position on the screen, so it looks normal on M1, without chopping the character off, as well as be able to zoom out normally from M1's view point, while using S2 to place a lot of my UI and HUD stuff on. But the in-game default camera controls don't have tools for this.

No one has any ideas on what can be done about the camera position?
