I can log in slowly, but get a "server not responding" for 25 seconds then it continues then does it again.

The sudden jump of latency here doesn't look like a STO Server issue, it looks like a issue with Qwest Communications... Time to contact your ISP Tech Support and ask whats going on...
Ditto on this - just chippin' in. Getting a timeout in first line for tracert...rest is irrelevant. Imma just wait until fixed.
If you get a timeout on the first line of the 'Trace Route' this usually indicates a problem with your Router/Modem... Try rebooting it and see if it helps...

I'm thinking it might be that Friday the 13th Solar flare thats hit 4 hours ago.
