Patcher Error

Hi Sir, :D

I've Got a Patcher Error and the Message "a file was locked that could not be open for writing."

I Uninstalled Star Trek Online, and Installed it back again, but this Message returned, and I'm not able to receive the oh so needed Patch !

Can somebody please help Me out on this ? I Think maybe My Account needs to be Reset or something !

Thanks in advance for your answers !

    hi Sir, :D

    When I click on STO, the message appears "Updating Launcher", but then immediatly a Message in the middle of the screen ; "a file was locked that could not be open for writing."

    And I can't even Get to My second Account either >>> no Launcher !

    I'm sorry for the trouble, but I Hope one of the DEVS can Reset My Account or something !

    Or Should I Reinstall again please ?

    Thanks in advance for your answers and aid !

    And Administrator accounts only give you the 'Option' to run as administrator, and does not do this automatically. To do so with STO, you need to...

    <Right Click on Launcher Icon> -> <select 'Run as administrator'>...

    There has also been posts that report that launching STO from ARC corrects this problem as well...
