Reman KDF Captain can not get to Sirius sector

Ok, so i got 2 Captains Reman KDF allies.
They both got Marauding at level 3.
I got even "Raiding party" from other player.
And i CAN NOT get to sirius block.
Also can not get to classic beach on Risa, and "depart system"
from Risa throws me to neutral zone.
Also trying o go to sirius block from eta eridiani throws me straight to Risa orbit.
My KDF toons with level 3 marauding CAN get to sirius block,
and they can get to classic Risa beach, and "depart system"
from Risa put them in sirius block.
My Reman toons are:

Its propably from scripting transwarp to Risa, but
its still a "sirius" problem :P
