Ok, so this is the last d'off chain I have uncompleted, I'm on 8/10 and I've been searching for it in the areas indicated here, yet no success and I've been looking for at least a month now with no success, I've looked at different times, checking all three nebulas each time but just no luck.

check the three cardassian sector blocks and the attached nebulas. while you check them, go into your doff departments and go through tac annd security until they pop up.

I usually check the sector blocks too, just in case but I don't check with my department heads, I'll try that, thanks.

I actually just finished it this last weekend! I was in the same situation as you, and went nearly two weeks between assignments. If you look at the wiki, search for "Ghosts of the Jem'hadar", it will give you the maps and dept. heads to check with for each of the assignments...
