Something that occurred to me while setting up for a funeral: How are the Undine ships creating fluidic puddles when they are in fluidic space for the Viscus Cycle mission?
I get that the designers want the ships to spam the puddles on any map they are in but logically to have fluidic puddles floating in fluid space doesn't make sense.
A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
"Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

If they can bio-engineer ships, I would guess that they can figure out how to create thicker goo.... ew...

Fluidic space in itself does not make much sense. A fluid mass that vast couldn't possibly sustain it's form without collapsing in on itself, and forming a black hole.
But I suppose one could make an argument that since Q demonstrated he could change the gravitational constant of the universe, some Q like being could have created fluidic space and given it physical properties that are impossible in our known universe.
Now that I'm thinking about it... I suppose one could make the argument that fluidic space exist in a universe outside of our own where the laws of physic are different, and it's gravitational constant allows a vast expanse of fluid to exist... okay I think I'll just stop here... I'm making myself dizzy!
Even more astounding is that a starship that assumes and operates on physical principles from our own dimension can even propel itself through a dimension that requires such fundamentally different physical principles from our own.
