Can we have Columbia class?

NX class is canon. Connie is Canon.

Columbia, however, is not canon, but IS a hybrid of both.

In that case, do you think CBS will complain about Columbia class?

    No, because it A) dates back to the mid-22nd century and is at this point well over 200 years old so why the hell would it still be in service, and B) because it comes out of the EU licenses and Cryptic has to negotiate special for anything they bring in from there.

    Maybe the NX interior? that would fit well with the Akira and its retro/refits

    I found Star Trek Enterprise...disappointing but the ships interior was cool. They can make it a Pack, Phase Pistols, MACO Tonfa, T'pols nighties, and 1 doff from each Xindi species?

    Would it be possible for STO to allow us to create are own ship hulls with load out types, IE... a destroyer with 1 warp engine or a drone ship ? I would love to make my own design to a flavor to the game, NO offence to all you techs that make these ships they are great but to have one I made,,, I would love it

    The plan was to retrofit the NX to the Columbia class in the series but because of budget reasons it never happened and the NX carried on through seasons 3 and 4

      It would be cool, but it was designed to be cramped. Even without your away team it will be too small to cope with the raised 3rd person camera that only just fits into the Connie interior (which I suspect was increased in size slightly).

      NX interior simply wouldn't work in game. You could take the style and adapt to a larger Starbase though maybe.
