I'm in full-screen mode, graphics are on max (per usual) and I'm setting my render scale to about 4 or 5 but it keeps outputting black screenshots. What am I missing?
I got 1 screenshot to capture properly, sort of (reddish tint on capture), but everything else is solid black. Is <Prt Scrn> not the way to do this?
If you turn off Postprocessing or have it disabled in your videocard settings, you will get black Screenshots. At least that what I have found in my case.
If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.

Just turned off Postprocessing and still black screen. Any other thoughts anyone?
So, it seems I can't take a screen cap at anything higher than renderscale 1. If I got higher it goes all black. Is there any way to fix this?
Renderscale 1 is the highest you can go, anything else is actually dividing down your resolution. To get higher resolution images you have to increase your Fullscreen Resolution.

Ah, so it was a misread and misunderstanding on my part. Got it. Thanks.
"This is a known issue with DX11 + renderscale's higher than 1 + screenshot, and the team is investigating. A workaround would be to switch into DX9, or try and turn of anti-aliasing and then take your screen. If your computer can handle it, a higher renderscale should help make up for the lack of anti-aliasing. You also may need to restart the client after each change.

As I run DX11 I am affected as well. Not sure if I will switch to DX9 to take a screenshot for the contest, it's pissing me off somewhat.

Also, I've got a red tint to my caps, how do I get rid of that?
