    Omega:
1.) Run STFs over and over and over and...you get the idea.
2.) Coming soon... Raise Risian Birds and turn in for your choice of marks.
3.) Coming not so soon... Raise Winter Epohhs and turn in for your choice of marks.
Raising X gets you 200 of your choice of mark each day (once you have the assembly line of 'elder' critters rolling) for essentially 2 minutes a day of work.

    Fleet Marks:
Run team events that give you them. Fleet Alert is usually a decent one to do.
The easiest (and slowest) way is to do doff missions that give high CXP. Then when you have 110000+ CXP you do the doff mission that turns 10k CXP into 75 (or 100 on a crit) Fleet Marks.

Another way to get omega marks is to find a sector with the red alert icon and click it, then complete the mission, usually takes about 10-15 minutes. Also gives you dilithium.

With the new rep system you get enough marks to run two dailies just from doing it once.

I usually do one whenever I see it, usually when I first log on and fly around to pick up my doff assignments.

Your first stf of the day has a bonus so you get about 130 marks for a good run, which is plenty for the rep system but kinda slow to collect a ton of gear at mk 12, so most people make do with mk 11 space gear. Space stf conduit and vortex are easy enough on elite that a couple of decent players can carry a group, if you're not that destructive have a ship with gravity well and work on crowd control.

Similar bonus marks for the first run of the day can also be had for nukara in crystalline and undine, there is probably similar for the rom one also. A single run on the undine invasion elite gives enough marks for a few days. The rom grind can be made easy by tagging the epohh space bunnies.

For quickish fleet marks starbase defense for feds give 100ish, for klingons it rarely runs. Crystalline elite gives 65 fleet marks, this can be pretty quick or slow depending on the firepower. sensible play and science abilities that are used.

Open the PVE queue and play the content that awards the type of marks that you are looking for.

except with season 9 they did away with mk 10 amd mk11 sets and went mk 12 only. then they nerfed the amount of omega marks you could get per run to where only the 1st one you do every day pays out anything. and nerfed the nural processors to one per run instead of a 1 upto 10

for fleet mark CE is your friend like this guy says with a 30 min cool down you can do it once run a couple other rep mission run it again. do a couple more rep missions and run it again and be pretty set for a days worth of adventure.

You can get 65 omega marks a day if you engage enemy contact (borg) in the gamma orionis sector. It is a quick and easy way to get marks for rep projects but kinda slow if you are trying to get rep gear. For myself it works great with alts that I don't have time to do much else with.

    1. Log in fight borg = 65 omega marks
    2. Do omega rep daily project
    3. Complete doff missions
    4. Hop over to B'tran since you are there and try to get another purple technician doff
    5. Fill up rest of doff missions
    6. Log out and repeat next day

The entire process takes 5-15 minutes a day and nets you 65 omega marks, 1 omega rep box, a purple technician doff (if you are lucky), doff xp, as well as some dilithium and whatever else you get from doff missions.

Personally, I just run the various Borg space elite STFs; mostly Infected and Vortex, but I also do The Cure as well. I having been having a string of bad luck with Hive Onslaught lately so I have not played it much lately. I am not in a fleet and I don't PUG. I simply queue up the STF. Each of these Borg missions have a 1 hour cool down. Borg STFs are my favorite STF, I currently have over 15k Omega marks. The marks are nice, but I primarily do them for the 960 dilithium reward.

Crystalline Catastrophe Elite is my 2nd favorite STF, it rewards your choice of Fleet or Nukara marks; 60 or 75 I can't remember. I primarily do it for the 960 dilithium reward and it can typically be completed in about 10 minutes. There is a 30 minute cool down.

The first daily mission of "that type" of STF that you do will give you a bonus 55 marks. For example, if Infected is the 1st Borg STF you do for the day then you get either 60 or 75 Omega marks for completing the mission, you then also get 55 bonus Omega marks. Playing Infected again, or Vortex will then only reward you with 60 or 75 marks. The extra 15 marks is for completing the optional objective which is typically a 15 minute time limit.
