Plus that makes it much better to see how much we have and we can see if its accurate or not just to put it in like that and see nothing means that ability or item, that will make it useless. Since right now we don't see anything so how should we know it adds this or that.
Nitpicking is a time-honored tradition of science fiction. Asking your readers not to worry about the "little things" is like asking a dog not to sniff at people's crotches. If there's something that appears to violate natural laws, then you can expect someone's going to point it out. That's just the way things are.

For the theory crafters it's just what they want.
But for everyone else it gets used as an elitist tool against them.

I for one would appreciate such UI enhancements for skill display. Many of the current tooltips are lacking.
