Hello.
I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow modify other games like Star Trek Online. I can think of an older game. It's Freespace. (Space simulator).
To what extent are there also diverse factions (Humans, Vasudans, Shivans, Vishans and more) Is there a big enough supply ship that would be offered. To what extent this game to become Open Source so I think if it adjust to such a style as Star Trek Online so it was not at all bad.
To what extent the Freespace 2 was the release of many new episodes and mod as a series Scp Freespace 2 Blue Planet.
Try to think about developers.
Also the other players who played Freespace should try to imagine a cell in the image and playability Star Trek Online.
Thank you.
Oh wait...you want the source code to this game? Sorry, in that case the previous comment should read "lolwhut? Yeah, good luck with that. "
I don't think it should be open-source, but I would love to see Cryptic let players make client-side UI mods. I would like a better minimap, an in-game DPS calculator, and a button to auto-fill DOffs in starbase projects. Also I think it's absurd that they put the cancel assignment button in the current DOff missions screen in the same exact place as the start assignment button in the available DOff missions screen. I have canceled chain assignments thanks to that.

Problem is, Cryptic would break the API hooks for that at least once per month which would make it pointless.
Nitpicking is a time-honored tradition of science fiction. Asking your readers not to worry about the "little things" is like asking a dog not to sniff at people's crotches. If there's something that appears to violate natural laws, then you can expect someone's going to point it out. That's just the way things are.
