Crafting kits question

How do you craft kits? They do not show up in the list of personal items to craft at the table.
Same with the space turrets schematics that drop. Do you need a certain lvl to craft these or a special place?

    You don't, not since season 9.

    When you say turret schematics that drop I assume you mean from the doff assignments. Those you have to contact your Engineer for in your ship.

    Thanks. I would think that if you can't craft kits anymore they would not make Kit schematics craftable at the table.

    Cryptic at their best, doing a half-assed job :P

    When they removed the old recipes they forgot all about the schematic, chances are the crafting tutorial will also still have a kit schematic as one of the rewards.
