Is there any way to remove footwear in the tailor? I can't get any of them to match my toons armor.

Only if you are a Gorn. Apparently everyone else requires shoes, but Gorn can just have bare Gornfeet.

For any other species than gorn, the only way to remove footwear is to purchase one of the two risian costumes, they are available from the summer event seller on risa or on the exchange, unfortunately it does mean your toon will only be able to wear the three quarter length trousers ( for male ), or shorts for females. Hope this helps.

That also only works as an offduty slot, and offduty slots are appropriately TRIBBLE in terms of their selection of pieces and their compatibility with any other pieces you have acquired.

And of course boffs can't wear them at all. :(

Uhh, I think they can since S9 came out?

Or was that just set armors, and my memory's playing tricks with me...?

No, but I noticed you can do some tricks with the changes for armor visuals.

The armor parts in the tailor also contain shoes that are very "form-fitting" - instead of being the usual huge boots. Not sure if the colors will match perfectly with what your using for your character's pants, though. But on the KDF side, it's really a good alternative to all those ugly KDF boots, I think.

Oh, and Orions have a belt alternative without those big cloth pieces. (Though it still won't look good, I think.)
