I've Forced Verified, deleted Piggs files (recovered from Tribble piggs), deleted Live and Redshirt Piggs, and done Safe Mode. and all have caused it to crash at the same moment.
Win 7 Pro (64) SP1
NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 (with V 335.23 Drivers)
I found a solution to this problem, and for me it worked. Apparently the source of the problem making the game to freez/crash at the LoR loading screen is the Windows Firewall itself. I'm sure many of you, and myself too, have clicked allow the program through the firewall when it first popped up, thus creating a rule for it. What you have to do is go to control panel>>windows firewall>> allow a program through the firewall, then click change setting button so you can modify the list there. Find the one called "GameClient" and delete it with "remove". Then click OK and close the window. Also, go to your game folder, enter the Star Trek Online folder>> Live>> and set GameClient to run as administrator from the properties menu. Then start the game normally with the launcher. Alternatively you could uncheck "on-demand patching" from the options in the launcher. This worked for me...
