Nicor and Dromias - Cannot Reclaim Special Consoles

The title says it all. I can't reclaim the Nicor/Dromias consoles from the dilithium store's reclaim tab. They simply aren't an option.

Additionally, Neither is my Ferengi Metaphasic Shield Array-S, which is currently equipped to my Ferengi shuttle.

That said, I've only dismissed the Dromias console in testing. The Nicor's console is still equipped to the Nicor. Regardless, since neither are in my inventory they meet the criteria for reclaiming, and I'd definitely like to have both consoles on both ships.

Anyone else have this issue?

Edit 4: Others are reporting this issue as well in-game.

Edit 5: May 15, 2014's patch SOLVED the Nicor/Dromias issue. Ferengi shield issue remains.

Well, i never saw any reclaimable consoles from my lobi ships there. Never. I assumed that option in the dilithium store was useless or it was just bugged, unless im missing something but i never bothered to report it, since it will be useless as well and i never have the need to reclaim those consoles.

...did this seriously work for any lobi ships? I can get the 2p on my wells and my mobius?

It definitely works with Lobi ships. These are my main's current reclaim options:

Note that the Obelisk, Voth, Elachi, Rom, Jem'Hadar, Temporal, Tholian, and D'Kora consoles are all present. All special consoles EXCEPT the Undine ones. The Hirogen consoles are NOT present because they are both in my main inventory.

Note also in way of Lobi shuttles that the Subatomic Deflector is there, but the Ferengi Metaphasic Shield Array-S is not -- though it should be.
