I am also receiving DSOUND.dll is missing error when starting the ARC launcher. But, this is only when the G930 headset is on; when the usb transmitter is unplugged, I go back to regular speakers, this is all working, game client and all. Logitech drivers might be damaged.

Please let us know the following:
What is your OS version? (from the version numbering I assume windows 7 Home Premium 64bit?)
What Graphics card are you using?
What graphics card driver version are/were you using at the time of the error? (same goes for the headset driver)
As for the DSOUND.dll is missing issue please make sure you grab the latest Directx from here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/search.aspx?q=directx and restart your pc before and after the install to see if both a restart and a Directx reinstall/repair works for you.
I have had. Lot of game crashing issues in the last couple of weeks. Since seasons nine. I have found out that a VoIP called mumble was causing most of my issues. I have to start sto first and also had to shut off the over lay option on mumble. Don't know if this will help, also I appoint out a few other of my crashing issues was avg virus detection updates. I had to disable to launch the game then turn it back on while in.
The OS is Windows 7 home premium 64bit, card: Evga GTX550 ti fermi, card driver: 335.23, Logitech gaming framework: 8.50.281
I'm not using VoIP or anything like it, but I did go though msconfig and uncheck some non essential things. My virus scanner is microsoft security essentials, which I'll now just turn off when launching arc.

So far, so good on the Nvidia beta driver and the logitech driver seems to be stable too. DirectX reinstall came back with nothing wrong when it checked. Thanks for reply.
