Advanced Dyson Science ships

Hi All,
Pretty new to the game and had kind of a newbie question. I keep reading about the Solanae Overcharged Singularity Core Mk XII, but I don't see it as a reward for a Step between Stars, which is where you get the rest of the Solanae set. Does anyone know how I can get it? Does the c-store romulan dyson ships come with it?

    The core can only be gotten off the anniversary ship, which is now in the lobi store for around 600 lobi.

    Ah, ok thanks. Only have 15 Lobi and no idea how I earned them to begin with. Time to do some research :).

    You can earn a small amount of Lobi from opening a lockbox, but this option is generally only for people with tons of time and/or money.

    Later this month is a Featured Episode rerun; every day you'll be able to rerun a FE for 15 lobi.

    I suggest killing Hakeev in "Cutting the Cord" over and over. It is surprisingly rewarding.

    And yes, I loved watching Hakeev die, would've preferred to pull the trigger myself, but I guess Obisek is a good surrogate.
