Publishing is not working

ok i am getting really annoyed at the foundry publishing when i get to 75% on it it says that its done but in the corner it saying its still publishing but when i get to the game i cannot find my mission i created i was wondering is publishing the missions down or it it something else cos i dont understand why it isnt working. i have my doors a wolf 759 or somthing like that and i dont have the new ESD in it so what the problem

    Are you a Foundry Reviewer? You need to use this when searching for a Foundry mission with less than 5 reviews.

    In the Foundry Journal UI there should be a "Become a Reviewer" button. Click that and a new tab will show up called "Review Missions" or something like that. Your mission will be there.

    I have become a reviewer and all that but its the publishing that is anoying me and i dont know what is wrong

    Anytime you post a bug report you should include the mission title and ST- code so that Crypticfrost can go look at it to see if there is a specific issue with that mission, or so he can replicate the error.

    A few questions that might help us sort this out.

    If it is a publishing error and it did not ever finish publishing:
    -When did you last try publishing (date and time of day as well)?
    -Did you try multiple times?
    -Did you try withdrawing it completely and then hitting publish?
    -Did you get any error messages?
    -When you open the project up now, does it still say it is publishing?

    If it did publish:
    -Did you get any in-game mail that said it had published? I've stopped getting these for some reason, though I was just told to check my mail in Champions Online to see if it came in there (facepalm)
    -Did you search for the mission on a character that the correct faction and is high enough level to see it? Minimum level is set by the type of enemy you use.

    yeah i did all of that and i waited every 30 min before i published it a few time
