[Counter-Command Bio-Molecular Phaser / Disruptor Rifle Mk XII]
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but anyone else noticing that the radiation damage on expiration doesn't seem to be working properly ?
I was looking at a few fight's with it and throughout them all I only saw it actually go off once, what I believe may be happening is that the 8sec timer is possibly being reset when the debuff gain's another stack, this combined with the damage not apparently going off when the target dies (hence obviously expiring the debuff) seems to be the culprit.
Was just wanting to know if anyone else had noticed this ?
I'm going to try it some more and see if I'm just imagining things but figured more eyes might help.
If a *Dev* happens to read this is this behavior intended for the weapon or is this indeed a bug ?
btw : not sure if this should be here or in bug report's since I'm not sure if its really a bug or not or if indeed its really happening and I'm just missing the proc's or something.
Ok after some more testing yeah I was apparently seeing thing's the proc does seem to go off when they die but it is almost un-noticable unless there is another target in range of it's detonation.
However I did encounter a actual problem the 2ndary fire won't actually detonate if the target die's during its channel which is kinda worse.
