HUD Help please

so today i was thinking of making some STO videos... unfortunately i have to put this on hold as the HUD cannot be completely turned off, i have set every setting in both space and ground to never or off, yet still the ever annoying edge of screen player/NPC direction notifier is still there. Why is this not an option to turn off? What chat command does turn it off if there is one?

    Try going away from esd so you don't have those options. Also did you try hitting F12 key?

    U tried with ALT+F12???
