Pulsar Ability

In the Undine Battlezone, I encountered a weird power and I would like to know the name of it. As the title suggests, it is a black sphere with rays coming out of the top and bottom which looks like a Pulsar. I assume it is some player ability or console since I have never seen it on any other Undine Battlezone run.

    What you're seeing sounds to me an awful lot like the singularity from the use of Singularity Jump ability available to Romulan Warbirds.
    If you feel Keel'el's effect is well designed, please, for your own safety, be very careful around shallow pools of water.
