I want to buy some Zen before the master key sale is up.
Every option to buy zen asks me how much I want to spend - it depends on how many Zen I am going to get for my $.
Used to be an option to see that - isn't anymore.
All support options either take you to that same ARC puchase menu, or give you a support website, and all the websites I've been to so far force me to Arcgames.
So, I would appreciate it if someone could provide a link to an online Star Trek Online Zen Price list, and if they could do it soon before that sale is up.
If you select a payment option on the right side (say Credit Card - you don't have to enter any information), then when you click on each amount it will tell you how much Zen you get for that amount...ie:
$10 = 1000 Zen
$20 = 2000 Zen
$30 = 3000 Zen
$50 = 5000 Zen + 300 Zen Bonus
$100 = 10000 Zen + 600 Zen Bonus
Click on the zen button on the sto page. Then you can click on any zen amount and when you pick a payment option it tells you how much zen you get for that dollar amount. So click zen, click $10, click paypal and it tells you that you want to buy 1000 zen.
It's basically a 100 Zen to $1 conversion with amounts purchasable as $10, $20, $30, $50 and $100 with purchases of $50 giving you an additional 300 Zen, $100 giving you an additional 600 Zen.

I know what the prices were the last time I purchased zen some months ago, but to be honest I was so amazed that there was no price list that I wasn't sure I -should- give ANY information such as credit card info before knowing what I was purchasing. I did not know all I had to do was select payment method.
If I walked into a store, I sure would not feel right if I was asked how much I wanted to spend before I was shown what it would buy me. Hmm....maybe that's a new idea for a new business model...
At least the amounts DO appear to the right when I select payment method, but that makes me wonder if each different payment method will cost a different price, and makes me curious why there is no easy way to tell what each purchase will get in one short list. That's not only sensible for the customer but it would benefit the seller if they want to entice me to buy a bigger package for more $$$. How would I know I am going to get a bonus if I spend more.
I would strongly urge PWE to redesign this page, but there's no place I can find to submit my suggestion.
If you load through Steam you can pay with Steam Wallet without leaving the game and not have to futz around with PWE's website and PayPal.

Thanks, I'll go brave the purchase page...
