Guys combining all the Season 9 feedback posts into one megathread makes it impossible to gauge the sentiment on the forums about feedback to Season 9. When it's on page 30-40 it's impossible to join the conversation because you don't know where it started or keep up with the discussion.
Please reconsider this overly aggressive approach. I'd like to talk about these things but these single threadnaughts make it less welcoming for me to try. There's more than the devs who read this, members of the community would like to engage as well.
Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and the players love it! No, seriously! ...Why are you laughing so hard?
The other thing is we can't go back and participate in threads we already participated in because it's been merged in with the mainstream traffic.
You just launched a Season update, of course people are going to post about it multiple times. It's incredibly silly to think all the feedback belongs in one thread that's hundreds of pages long and expect anyone to realistically digest that and participate.
There's got to be a better way to do this.

Isn't discussing moderation actions against the forum TOS?
"Great War! / And I cannot take more! / Great tour! / I keep on marching on / I play the great score / There will be no encore / Great War! / The War to End All Wars"
— Sabaton, "Great War"
It's not related to player action or specifically something someone said, which I think is what the rule is about.
It's about that they're making it impossible for me to join or keep up with discussions due to throwing and redirecting everything. Pages 2 and 3 are full of Moved: items.
It's necessary sometimes, I agree, but the trade-off for "everything all in one place" is that it freezes discussion among the broader group of players to the point the megathreads turn into the same 5-6 people sniping at each other until they get tired of typing, which is the opposite of what the forums are for.

I should make the point that it's much easier for a dev to post a single response to a combined merge thread, than for them to find all of the feedback threads and copy-paste responses to each one. So they can then, you know, go back to working on what the feedback was about.
It also saves them from people not seeing their response and keep going on talking in a different thread about an issue that's been addressed or explained. Best example of this off the top of my head is how TacoFangs explained that Club 47 will be finished after Season 9 but people still keep asking.
But yeah, clutter and all that.

I get the point but the devs usually do not respond in the threadnaughts anyway. You might find the occasional response but if it warrants real feedback, a sticky FAQ thread or something else could be a better way to go.

It's a forum, not a PM. Seriously -- they're gonna do it how they want to. I agree that it's annoying, but damn. NOT that critical. If it's that important you can send PMs to people you were conversting with inthread.
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.
Yes, but the drama queens can't stir up the forums with PM's and they aren't allowed to post the contents of PM's from devs or they risk getting banned as per the forum rules.
What I meant is if the convo was mixed up or lost in all the merging they could PM to finish.

Technically yes... In reality this is more of a request than discussion, so it should be within the TOS.
