I didn't look all over, but I found the turn in for the Romulan Xenobiologist kit on a different tab on the same vendor that sold me the kit.

I assume the others are in the spire.

I didn't turn mine in yet. I'm not sure if I want to keep my old ones.
I once again match my character. Behold the power of PINK!

There's little reason not to turn it in. You get back a kit with all the modules in it to recreate the exact kit you had. Except now, you can upgrade the weaker modules. For example, the Romulan Fire Team kit converts to a kit with a green Motion Accelerator, reflecting how that was just a Mk II skill on the old kit. Now, you can replace it with a purple. Or something else entirely.

Spire kits are bugged and can't be traded http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1089591

Only one kit is having that problem, enemy neutralization kit. I traded all of mine in just fine.

The new kits have all of the same powers, some better than the original, are modular and give you +104ground skill points. You want to keep the old one why?

Is there any way to get fleet versions of all the modules? I've been looking and so far, the best i've seen is one or two at the spire and embassy, but everything else i've seen is Mk XI purple at best. Sadly, since they've never made the fleet close combat kit, it looks like i'm out of luck.

And the neutralization kit also seems to only be bugged if it's the only fleet kit you have. Owning the old Romulan Fabrication Specialist kit as well unlocked the turn-in for the Enemy Neutralization kit for me.

hmm, damn. thats the only fleet kit i have. lol, just the enemy neutralization kit. never saw any point in getting another one since bombs and mines are so powerful on engineers XD

i did want to replace the quantum mortar with something a bit more helpful to how i fight though, so the kit revamp was something i did want to try. glad that the devs seem to be aware of the problem, i hope this means we can see a fix pretty soon.

thanks for the replies guys ^^

There are only 3 fleet modules per career. 2 at the spire, 1 at the embassy.
